Cancellation and Refund Policy

Housenetwork instigates various costs at the outset of a property being instructed to it. Therefore, refunds will not be entertained where a customer changes their mind or is subject to a change of circumstances notwithstanding prevailing legislation including the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 whereby commencement of performance of the contract is deemed to have started once our assessors have visited you and have conducted our home visit.

In the event that you cancel within 14 days of payment but before 24 hours prior to the home visit, a refund will be made assuming that no costs have been incurred by Housenetwork. Should you cancel after this period but prior to the home visit, we will charge a fee of £72 incl. vat owing to loss of business. By proceeding with payment you accept that you have given Housenetwork express consent to incur immediate costs however.
