We’re going to making history at House Network this week with the our first live-broadcasted house viewing. Using the Periscope app we’ll be live streaming a real-life viewing of one of our customer’s properties on Thursday (March 10th) – a 17th floor penthouse in Canary Wharf no less!
One of the worst parts of hunting for a new home is the pressure that is associated with looking for one. Searching for the perfect new home involves lots of hard work, attending numerous viewings and organising conflicting schedules.
With so much demand for new properties, especially in London, this will be a fair way for everyone to have the same opportunity of buying their dream home. While it will also give sellers the chance to showcase their property to more people than they could have ever fit inside their four walls at one time. Live-streaming viewings could save sellers a lot of time; you don’t have to plan for multiple viewings and can answer questions once, rather than having to meet a series of potential buyers who may all have the same questions.
To take part in the viewing simply tune in at 1.30pm (GMT) on Thursday via Periscope (by searching for the HouseNetwork channel) or via our Twitter page.
