We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new enhancement to our conveyancing service - "E-Way"
Throughout the last 4 years we have serviced hundreds of clients with our branded conveyancing, and we have been delighted with the service level provided to date. However, 'E-Way' allows a sale or purchase case to be instructed to us and work on the transaction begin on the same day.
So instead of sending a starter pack in the post for a client to sign, and all future documentation sent via post, E-Way allocates a username and password sent by both email and SMS TXT for access online to a complete case - clients will be able to print registration documents, exchange contracts, and view all enquiries raised, documents and financial statements.
As a minimum this enhancement will save 9 days in postage and will enable more transparency throughout the completion process with direct access to information 24/7. This addition is offered for free within our pricing structure and is being offered to again raise the bar in our service not only in the estate agency service but now the legal process.
This is an exciting development and one we believe gives our service an extra edge, and shows our commitment to ensure our clients benefit from technology enhancement.
