Advertising your home with Zoopla

Who is Zoopla?

Zoopla is the second largest property listing and aggregator portals in the UK, as well as providing free information on millions of properties in its vast database.

Founded in 2007, the site has grown rapidly through the years creating consumer friendly tools such as the AVM (Automated valuation model), Zoopla Pro and the strategic acquisitions of DPG (Digital Property Group) and uSwitch in 2010 and 2015.

Advertising with Zoopla

Statistics have shown, that now over 96% of property searches start online, due to ease and convenience. Busy schedules and limited options mean less people are going into high street agents to view properties on sales/ to let.

Less focus is now on selling properties via shop windows and newspaper listings but more emphasis is now on the use of online estate agents and portals who provide the same marketing exposure but at a lesser cost. In fact, many traditional local agents are now advertising via online property portals like Zoopla, Rightmove and Primelocation.

At the moment Zoopla only allows property listings and advertising via estate agents and developers, therefore if you are looking to sell or let your home you will have to instruct an online or high-street estate agency.

Using Zoopla through House Network

Listing your property on Zoopla through House Network is free once you have instructed us to sell/rent it on your behalf. Even more beneficial, you also get free listings on Rightmove and Primelocation.

If you are looking to boost your chances of selling quickly, you can make use of our ‘smart sellers bundle’ which provides premium listings on all three property portals and up to 25% more clicks on your property listing. The photo rotation feature also helps to keep your advert fresh and potential buyers interested.
