Andy ’s reviews

House Network Helpful & professional; impressed that agent took time to drive around the area before appointment. Andy was pleasant, without being 'pushy' in any way.Knew exactly what he was doing & took time to make the best of my property in a thoroughly professional manner."

House Network Comprehensive,Professional and Versatile Service! I am in the process of selling my property with HouseNetwork, and the service has been excellent. In particular I am very impressed with the self-service portal they provide, where you can amend your house details, determine which images to use, and track the whole process, this is quite unique. I would also like to praise the very professional service from Andy Flinn, the HouseNetwork representative. From the initial meeting through to the composition of the house floor plan and image capture, he has been first rate. The whole package offered by HouseNetwork is very comprehensive and I could not recommend highly enough. The cost benefit is huge compared to using a standard estate agent."

House Network Having already had two 'traditional' agents around to value our house I found Andy to be polite, professional, and he didn't rush, he made sure I had all the information I needed and then took some fabulous photographs. The property was ready to market in less than 24 hours, with another agent it took a week just to get a valuation!"

House Network Andy was super friendly and super efficient! He has done a good job on the details given the limitations of poor weather conditions and no furniture to dress the flat."

House Network I was not present, one of my tenants showed him around"

About Newton-Abbot

Newton Abbot is a market town and civil parish on the River Teign in Devon. The town’s population expanded quickly during the Victorian times as it was home to the South Devon Railway locomotive works. This later became a major steam engine shed and was retained to service British Railways diesel locomotives.
