Our viewing department is a friendly and experienced team under the direct supervision of the General Manager. Our system enables each member to access property details in seconds, and have client notes to hand with complete correspondence history available to answer any questions with ease. They are also armed with local information data such as nearest transport links, local school information and crime rates.

We operate a strict hold and book policy, which means we take the information from the viewer, ask if they are ok to hold, whilst we call our client on the other line to try and book the viewing 'live' - we have found that the viewers much prefer this policy as they do not have to wait for a call back. When we call our vendors to confirm the viewing enquiry we will have taken details of the status of the viewer, ie: do they have a property to sell, is it on the market, first time buyer etc, we would also have asked if they have an agreement in principle on a mortgage

Our clients have access within their online account to update the viewing team with available viewing dates and times - it is not essential, but does assist the viewing department and if used regularly can enhance the booking experience for both parties.

As standard our viewing team will confirm each appointment via email in addition to verbally, they will also send reminder messages to both vendor and viewer to avoid missed appointments

We operate a two tier feedback system, whereby we send emails to all viewers requesting feedback comments - this message has a form that will automatically populate the feedback into the clients account in the words of the viewer - giving fantastic constructive feedback. If the viewer does not update this form our team will call them within 48 hours and update our clients account with comments.
