Valuations can vary on every property and more often than not, if you ask 3 agents to value your home, you’ll get 3 different prices and of course we’re all tempted to market at the highest price, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you are with the best agent. With this in mind we’ve taken the decision to provide all vendors with a price guide rather than a set valuation, leaving you with the ultimate say – the reason for this is for you to incorporate our valuation with any other source that you have in order to arrive at a suitable marketing price. Of course the property is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and no agent can guarantee a specific selling price.
