We certainly hope our website clearly defines who we are and what we offer, but to list the procedure in marketing your home, we detail the following step by step guide.

To book your home visit we require payment in advance for the first element of our service - the visual design appointment. This involves our agent visiting your home and collating the full particulars, virtual tours and floorplans. You can pay by calling 0845 199 1000 or online.
   
Our internal sales team will build a vendor information form on your behalf and allocate a date and time when our agent will visit your home. We offer a time window service of one hour, so you know exactly when the agent will arrive.
   
The vendor information form is uploaded to your account and you can confirm when it is more convenient for viewings and what your position is in terms of moving out. This assists our viewing team when we are contacted about your home.
   
If you have ordered a for sale board, this is delivered on the day of the home visit. You are then free to install it. If you need a contractor to install the board on your behalf, this can be organised at a fee of £15.00 - call 0845 199 1000 .
   
Once the agent visits your home - we will produce your own website within 48 hours, and you will be ready to approve the content. Marketing does not commence until you have approved the details from your online account.
   
Once approved your property will be automatically forwarded to our partner network. If you approve by 8pm you will be live on the partners for the next morning. If you approve after this time it will be the next day after, that you are live.
   
We will then handle all enquiries on your behalf and manage your viewing arrangements. After each viewing we gather feedback and insert this into your online account for 24 hour access.
   
All offers are handled by our offer team and they will ensure that all buyer chains and mortgage qualification is undertaken to present a viable offer to you. This is an important process and one we take very seriously - they will also manage your case until the survey is booked
   
Once the survey is booked your case is transferred to a dedicated account manager who will gather case updates weekly from your buyers solicitor to assist in a smooth sale transaction.
