When you instruct House Network to rent your house (option 2: with home visit), we work extremely hard on presenting your home to the highest standard. We take unlimited ultra wide angle photographs, create floor plans and produce stunning virtual tours.
This not only offers excellent service levels, but it enables prospective tenants to basically conduct a virtual viewing from their own computer. By presenting unlimited information to viewers it enables them to make decisions without having to arrange viewings and as such it will reduce the number of viewings required to let your house.

Our local NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) qualified agent will call you ahead of their appointment just to make sure everything is set and ready to go. They’ll also be able to carry out your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) on the day of the visit even if you didn’t request this initially - they’re flexible and accommodating. Our professional agents have years of experience and between them have visited thousands of properties of all shapes and sizes, so they’ll be able to offer any tips and advice that you may request on the day of the appointment. The home visit normally lasts around 1 hour. After they leave they’ll begin to prepare your property details ready for your approval and you’ll be notified via email when this is complete. As a general timeframe please allow 48 hours from your home visit to receiving your approval email from us. |

Floor plans are a great way to show prospective tenants how you navigate around your home. It clearly shows important factors like staircase positions, windows, doors and a general view of the sizes of each room in proportion to each other. As part of the home visit appointment, we work extremely hard on producing an unlimited amount of digital photographs to increase the presentation levels of your property. Our intention is to show tenants all areas of your property, to help them get a feeling of the internal layout and condition of your home. We have invested heavily in camera equipment and our agent that will visit your home will be equipped with top of the range SLR cameras, using ultra wide angle lenses - this produces photographs that will make your home stand out from other properties on the market and will give you a distinct advantage.
