As part of the home visit appointment, we work extremely hard on producing an unlimited amount of digital photographs to increase the presentation levels of your property. Our intention is to show tenants all areas of your property, to help them get a feeling of the internal layout and condition of your home.

We have invested heavily in camera equipment and our agent that will visit your home will be equipped with top of the range SLR cameras, using ultra wide angle lenses - this produces photographs that will make your home stand out from other properties on the market and will give you a distinct advantage. Our showreel video is a great way to present your home to prospective tenants - it basically collates the property photographs into a single video rather than having to click from photograph to photograph, which actually makes it easier for a tenant to visualise the quality of your home.

It is another tool that enhances your presentation and gives an extinct advantage over competing properties on the market - videos can be purchased with or without music at the choice of the vendor
