We want all our
customers to be 100% satisfied with the service we provide.
To make it clear to our clients, we list the service you
should receive from us.
1) We will visit your property and offer virtual tours, floorplans, digital photographs, particulars and deliver a for sale board (if purchased). Once this has taken place we have fulfilled our visual design appointment.
2) We then build your dedicated website and forward the information to our associated websites. You will then be
searchable on our partner sites, within a period of 72 hours
(except for any problems caused by the actual partner).
If you are not happy that we have performed to the above statements, the
following rules apply.
- You will have 7 calendar
days to check that you are satisfied with the services
we have provided for you on housenetwork.co.uk from the
date of our home visit.
- You must inform us of any
issues that do not apply to the above statements
- We will be allocated 72 hours
to rectify the situation
- If we fail to resolve the
problem, we will refund your complete payment and
remove your property from our listing
