We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with the service we provide. To make it clear to our clients, we list the service you should receive from us.

1) We will visit your property and offer virtual tours, floorplans, digital photographs and particulars. Once this has taken place we have fulfilled our upfront selling option visual design appointment.

2) We then build your dedicated website and forward the information to our associated websites, once you approve the details. If you do not activate your marketing no refund will be due as we have performed our obligations of the home visit, but your marketing days willl remain valid until you do. You will then be searchable on our partner sites, within a period of 72 hours (except for any problems caused by the actual partner).

3) We allocate a set number of marketing days within your account - these will stay valid even if you pause your marketing, so you may return at any stage.

If you are not happy that we have performed to the above statements, the following rules apply.
  • You will have 7 calendar days to check that you are satisfied with the services we have provided for you on housenetwork.co.uk from the date of our home visit. 
  • You must inform us of any issues that do not apply to the above statements
  • We will be allocated 7 days to rectify the situation
  • If we fail to resolve the problem, we will refund your complete payment and remove your property from our listing
If you cancel the home visit appointment you will be charged a £60 + vat administration fee, and the cost of the bank charges. This is based on the fact that you have given us at least 48 working hours warning. If you cancel after this period no refund will be allocated, due to loss of business.

Note: We cannot guarantee to sell every property we market - but we will try as hard as we can and supply you with weekly statistics to ensure your home is priced correctly. We will not push you to reduce your price at any stage, but kindly ask that you read our advice guide and look at your statistics on a regular basis.
