Our legal service has evolved over the years by implementing better communication by staying open 7 days and open till 8pm (weekdays), offering a dedicated solicitor to your case and operating a no move - no charge policy once the setup fee is paid.

 

In our effort to continuously improve the legal offering we are pleased to announce that all clients that instruct us on a purchase are now automatically covered for search insurance, so if the purchase falls through due to no fault of the purchaser, you receive a full credit (£260) against your next purchase. This has been included for free within our pricing.
