Even though our business model is low cost to the consumer, it does not mean our service levels are lower than what you would expect from a conventional local estate agent. In fact, we believe we enhance the customer experience by offering better communication tools, personal service, and professionalism.
House Network have been registered with the NAEA since 2005 - this basically means we are registered and qualified estate agents and adhere to the estate agency act at all times. It is not compulsory for an estate agent to be qualiifed with the national body, and you could find that a number of your local agents are not even registered. It is common practice for a local estate agent to only have one member (principle/owner) who is part of the NAEA, you can verify this by searching at the NAEA website for each listed estate agent.
We believe in nurturing talent and offering the best levels of service to our clients, so we place all key members of staff on the NAEA course to enhance their knowledge and ensure rules are followed closely.
We currently have the following staff members qualified and registered with the NAEA:-
