The easiest way to navigate through this area is by using the black menu at the top. Each heading offers links to manage your marketing. You have direct access to update contact details, fully manage your photographs, amend your price, read viewing feedback and view your documents.

We also operate a ticketing system to guarantee delivery of messages. If you have open tickets you will see them in this section. You can submit new messages and view closed messages as well. This is by far the quickest method to contact your account manager or contact us about anything you need.

If you are blocked from marketing, our system will detail below the reasons why. The Marketing Summary box (top left) above - will clearly show if you have completed each stage, so if you see Being Marketed in both the Client and Admin column you are on the Market.
