Your Options

Option 1 includes one upfront payment of just £149 (+ vat) for three months marketing and you upload your own photos and descriptions, while option 2 is £249 (+vat) for six months and includes an EPC. Option 2 includes professional presentation with wide angle photography and more. All our accounts have a dedicated Account Manager, so you will have one point of contact that will stay with you throughout.

We can also help you with the admin side of letting your house, deal with any enquiries the tenant may have, and conduct reference checks on all tenants.
