As such it is your responsibility to take them down once you sell your property, or re-erect them if they are affected by weather conditions. For Sale Board Installation and Maintenance:
We offer a highly discounted service whereby a contractor will professionally install your board, add sold slips when appropriate, take the sold slips down if your sale falls through and take the board down when your sale completes. They will also visit if the board is affected by weather conditions. Priced at just £10+vat this is highly recommended. (installation normally within 5 days of home visit)
