Like flying, you will still sell your home with any of our selling options, but you can choose how to do so.

	Professional brochures are normally offered by local agents to clients with high value properties. Our first class option allows any client with any property type the chance to benefit from this high end presentation. You may feel it is not required for your property type, but if you prefer to present your home to this high level, we supply 30 x high quality modern matt finished brochures; 15 are kept at our office to send to interested parties and 15 are sent to yourself to hand to viewers.
	Our marketing time allocation has been created with value for money in mind. The first class package allocates a huge 18 months of advertising time. Anytime means that if you take your property off the market then your marketing time remains unaffected and will only continue once you remarket your property. There is no expiry on the days not used so you can come back to us after 2/3 years. For more information on this option, please click here.
	Exclusively for our first class clients, we appoint a contractor to install the for sale board. This takes any stress or worry away from you and ensures you are treated differently. The contractor will contact you and install the board within 4 workings days ensuring you do not have to source a post and erect yourself.
	With any of our standard selling options you are assigned an account manager that is available to give help and advice and run your sale through to completion. For our first class clients we assign you to a member of the management team of the company, to provide an even higher grade of service. All our account managers are experienced and are NAEA approved but if you want the very best then the first class option is certainly right for you.
