What happens after I have instructed you?
Once you’ve instructed us to rent your property we’ll arrange a suitable date and time for our NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) qualified agent to visit your property, or you can start creating your own details immediately from within your online account. Levels of business change but we can usually book you in within 2 working days. All appointments are within a 30 minute time window so you won’t be left waiting. Our agent will in fact call you when they are setting off to ensure that you are well prepared before they arrive.
What does the agent do at the home visit?
Once at the property our agent will spend time with you discussing your requirements before they begin the “visual design”. They’ll measure the property, write the descriptions, take wide-angled photos, draw a floor plan of the entire property and create stunning virtual tours of your key rooms and garden.

When do I "go live"?
Within 48 hours we’ll email to notify you that your property details are ready for approval, it’s a simple case of logging on to your online account and checking over all aspects of the agents visuals and text. Any changes to the details can be requested via our ticketing system and your personal letting agent will ensure a prompt service. Once satisfied you simply tick a box to commence marketing and within 24 hours you will be “live” across our entire network of property portals. If you create your own details you will be in control of when you go live - subject to us checking the details.
Do you offer a complete screening service?
Yes - the only people to contact you is our staff. We handle the entire letting process for you except for accompanied viewings.
What is the difference between you and a local letting agent?
Good question - the answer is not very much. The internet is now the main provider of tenants, so as long as you use a pro-active agent the only main difference is the high street presence and possibly advertising in a local newspaper, plus the local agent may offer accompanied viewings. However, you pay a massive premium for these elements and they will not assist you finding a tenant as anyone visting a shopfront, or looking in a local paper will use the internet aswell.
What if my home is currently for rent with a local agent?
We are registered agents ourselves, so it depends on the contract you have signed.
What happens if someone offers on my home?
Your personal letting agent will discuss the offer with the tenant and verify their position through conducting ID checks and performing a reference. You will receive written confirmation of each offer via email in addition to verbal.
What is your incentive to rent my home?
Our business is powered and has grown to over 2,000 individual clients through word of mouth, and this has been achieved by consistently offering high levels of customer service, and by selling/renting as many homes as possible. On average, every sale/let we agree creates an extra 5 new clients and we need this to continue for us to grow. In addition, when you consider the small fee you pay and the admin time taken up, plus the portal costings, we start to lose money on you as a client after 2 months, so we want to rent way in advance of this time scale.
