What if I am already with a local agent, can I still sell my property online?

If you are currently using a conventional estate agent, or considering using one, the following conditions will apply:

Multiple Agency Agreement
You can use the HouseNetwork online estate agency service without any consequences

Joint Agency Agreement
In this case it is recommended that you request that your current agent's fees remain the same alongside the HouseNetwork agreement.

HouseNetwork Contract
We do not believe in sole agency agreements. We do not penalise you if you decide to market your property with an additional agent if you select our capped fee service.
