We allow you various options of "anytime marketing" ranging from 3-18 months this means that you can market your home using House Network for a total period of 92-548 days depending on the option you select. If you take your property off the market then your marketing time remains unaffected and will only continue once you remarket your property.

The reason that we charge a fee for additional period(s) of marketing is to ensure that we have the resources in place to continue to offer you a high level of customer service throughout your time with us. Any company that claims unlimited marketing without any ongoing fees is highly unlikely to be able to offer you continued attention to detail and you have to question their motivation and commitment after the initial period of service. Will they still be able to throw enough resource at your property after this amount of time? From our own experience we do not think it is possible.

We want to ensure that you are continually supported for however long it takes to sell your property and in today's market with agents charging thousands of pounds in fees we believe that the additional marketing fee represents excellent value for money.
