Since 2003, we have been successfully selling homes across the nation and due to this success and the sheer volume of sales that we are creating, this has ensured that our admin centre has grown significantly, allowing us to departmentalise and structure the business to ensure that clients enjoy an efficient service at all times, our admin centre is at the heart of everything that we do and our success is measured by the high standards that we set within it.

We are always seeking ways to accommodate every clients needs and offer services “outside of the box” in order to make people feel as comfortable as possible when using our service. After much research and feedback from our clients we are delighted to offer a free upgrade for new clients to our account manager service.

Our account managers are recruited and trained to be able to carry out all processes and will personally take care of your every enquiry from the first viewing to exchanging contracts, this offers a personal and productive service.

To summarise, upon instructing House Network you will receive:
  • A named person and an assistant as your primary contacts
  • A direct dial telephone number
  • A dedicated voicemail service
  • Overflow access to our entire admin centre
As an account manager the duties that will be carried out on your behalf are as follows:
  • Arranging viewings
  • Providing feedback
  • Negotiating offers
  • Running sales – speaking with estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors
  • Available for you to speak to via a direct telephone number at all times – Mon-Fri
  • An assistant who can help at any time in absence of your account manager
Please note that due to holidays and sickness your account manager may not be available at all times, therefore your property will be passed on to an alternative team member. Our account managers work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Due to fluctuating business and staffing levels and the general unavailability of solicitors we are unable to offer an account manager facility on a Saturday. However, all staff that are in the office that day will be able to assist you as normal.
